JENNIFER PRUSIECKI

Jennifer Prusiecki joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in 2018. She practices in the areas of general negligence including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.

Ms. Prusiecki graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She has been admitted to the New York Bar since 2013 and the Florida Bar since 2016.

Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, Ms. Prusiecki spent approximately five years as a personal injury attorney on the plaintiffs’ side wherein she secured significant settlements for her clients and gained knowledge that she uses in defending cases for the firm’s insurance company clients.

Outside of legal practice, Ms. Prusiecki enjoys horseback riding, reading and traveling.
