ADAM PRESTIFILIPPO

Adam Prestifilippo joined Kelly Rode & Kelly in 2024 after working as a litigation associate at another firm and in insurance defense since 2017. Mr. Prestifilippo handled cases from their inception through trial. He is currently primarily responsible for handling Automobile Defense cases.

Mr. Prestifilippo earned his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College in 2014, majoring in Political Science and Sociology. He then attended Brooklyn Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2017. Mr. Prestifilippo has been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2018.

Mr. Prestifilippo lives with his family in Suffolk County, New York. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and cooking.
