ALANA SULLIVAN

Alana Sullivan joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in December of 2022.  Ms. Sullivan primarily handles matters in the firm’s medical malpractice defense and general negligence practice.

Ms. Sullivan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University in 2011, where she graduated cum laude with a major in English and a minor in Political Science.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law in 2014. Ms. Sullivan was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2015.

Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, Ms. Sullivan worked as in-house counsel for one of New York State’s largest medical malpractice insurers where she defended the interests of the insurance company and the insured medical providers from case inception to conclusion.

Outside of legal practice, Ms. Sullivan enjoys reading, yoga, baking and spending time with her enormous German shepherd.
