ANTHONY B. BENVEGNA

Anthony B. Benvegna joined Kelly, Rode and Kelly LLP in December 2024, after working for six years as an attorney for a major insurance carrier; he primarily focuses on cases in the firm’s insurance defense practice.

Mr. Benvegna is experienced in handling general liability in connection with automobile accidents and premises liability matters as well as UM/SUM matters.

Mr. Benvegna graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law School at Hofstra University in 2017. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University Maryland in 2014.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018.

Outside of work, Anthony is an avid sports fan and memorabilia collector who also enjoys outdoor activities such as boating and fishing.
