Gary Troisi joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly LLP as an associate attorney in 2021. He primarily handles cases in the firm’s automobile insurance liability practice.
Gary earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University, where he wrote for the student newspaper, The Statesman. In 2019, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he participated in New York State’s Pro Bono Scholars Program. As a Pro Bono Scholar, Gary devoted more than 500 hours to defending juvenile offenders in Suffolk County Family Court.
Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, Gary served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ana C. Viscomi, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Middlesex. During his clerkship, Gary managed Judge Viscomi’s motion docket, which included mass-tort asbestos litigation and consumer class actions. After the clerkship, he handled a wide range of legal matters as a general practice attorney.
Outside of the legal practice, Gary enjoys reading, jogging, listening to music, and playing the guitar.
