ANTONIA BORTONE

Antonia Bortone rejoined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP in 2023 after working at another defense firm since 2019. Ms. Bortone previously worked at Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP from 2015-2019 and is happy to be back as a member of the KRK team. Ms. Bortone handles automobile negligence matters, premises liability, general liability and property damage matters.

Ms. Bortone earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 2008 from Quinnipiac University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School (formerly known as Thomas M. Cooley Law School) in 2011. Ms. Bortone was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012 and was admitted to practice in the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York in 2019.

Outside of legal practice, Ms. Bortone enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
