DANIELLE ALBERTSON

Danielle Albertson joined the firm in 2023 after almost nine years working as staff counsel litigating insurance defense matters from inception through trial. She is currently primarily responsible for handling Automobile Defense cases.

Ms. Albertson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Marist College in 2007 in Political Science with a journalism minor. She then went on to attend Touro Law School, obtaining her Juris Doctor and graduating in 2011. Ms. Albertson has been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2013.

Outside of practicing law, Ms. Albertson enjoys traveling and spending time with family, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
