DEWITT B. LINTON

Dewitt Linton joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP in January of 2024. Mr. Linton handles cases in the firm’s automobile insurance liability practice.

Mr. Linton received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 2011, where he graduated with a major in Criminology. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2022 from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as an evening student while working full time as a paralegal. Mr. Linton was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023.

A Long Island native, Mr. Linton lives in Uniondale. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Linton enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, studying martial arts and teaching a children’s self-defense class on the weekends.
