STEPHEN F. KUSNETZ

Stephen Kusnetz joined Kelly Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in September 2019. He has over twenty years’ experience in tort litigation defense. The primary focus of Stephen’s practice is automobile and general liability litigation. He has successfully tried and defended numerous cases in many venues on behalf of national and multinational insurance companies and their policyholders. He has worked as a litigation attorney for in-house staff counsel and outside defense counsel, handling defense matters before the courts of all five New York City Counties as well as Suffolk and Nassau Counties.

Stephen graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts and continued his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he earned his Law Degree.

Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and reading fiction.
