Kevin E. Way joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP in 2003 and became a partner in January 2012. He has an AV rating by his peers in Martindale-Hubbell. Throughout his career he has handled cases involving medical and hospital malpractice, labor law, products liability, and general negligence from inception through trial. He has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division, Second Department. Mr. Way currently focuses on the defense of medical malpractice claims.
He was born in Rockville Centre, New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Cathedral College cum laude in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Way was admitted to the Bar in 1986. He has worked at firms primarily specializing in the defense of physicians and hospitals in malpractice cases since that time.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
