Loris Zeppieri is a partner in the law firm of Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP which was formed in 1956. He has been a member of the firm since 1997 and has been a partner since 2003. Mr. Zeppieri handles cases involving all aspects of civil litigation from inception to trial, including medical and hospital malpractice, motor vehicle cases, labor law, products liability, general negligence, and appeals.
He was born in Mineola, New York in 1973. He graduated from Chaminade High School, a prestigious private high school in Mineola, New York in 1991 and received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University in 1994. Mr. Zeppieri received his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John's University Law School in 1997 where he was a Senior Board Member of the Moot Court and participated in a National Moot Court competition. He was also a member of the Civil Trial Institute, an editor of The Litigator, and on the staff of the International Law Journal. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in January, 1998.
In August, 2000, he completed the NITA Program at Hofstra University which is an intensive trial advocacy program.
Mr. Zeppieri is a past President of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He regularly lectures to physician groups and colleagues and has given CLE lectures to the Nassau County Bar Association.
