Evan Feuerstein
Evan Feuerstein joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP in December 2016 and became an associate attorney upon his admission to the New York State Bar in early 2017. Mr. Feuerstein handles matters in the firm’s general liability practice, focusing on the defense of negligence lawsuits involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and property damage from inception through trial. He also represents the interests of physicians, medical professionals, and institutions in defending claims of medical negligence and malpractice.

Stephen F. Kusnetz
Stephen Kusnetz joined Kelly Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in September 2019. He has over twenty years’ experience in tort litigation defense. The primary focus of Stephen’s practice is automobile and general liability litigation. He has successfully tried and defended numerous cases in many venues on behalf of national and multinational insurance companies and their policyholders. He has worked as a litigation attorney for in-house staff counsel and outside defense counsel, handling defense matters before the courts of all five New York City Counties as well as Suffolk and Nassau Counties.
