HEIDELIND M. SEMMIG

Heide is an experienced litigator with over twenty years’ experience. She has earned a reputation of vigorously representing her clients who include health care providers, individual physicians and their practices, nurses, nurse practitioner, podiatrists, dentists, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Heide practiced at several well-respected defense firms in the Metropolitan New York area where she defended healthcare professionals in high profile medical malpractice claims, including cases involving breast cancer, neurologically impaired infants, plastic surgery, as well as orthopedic and bariatric surgery matters.

In addition, Heide is active in community affairs. Heide is an active Emergency Medical Technician with Sayville Community Ambulance, where she also served as the Chairperson for the By-Laws Committee.

Heide is admitted to the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
